Customer service could improve significantly!!! The room cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing, with observable dirt and damaged fixtures that detracted from the experience. Consider more frequent room inspections!!!

Came in Hagerstown to relax and have fun, this low-budget hotel was great place for doing it. The location was particularly good, for example, Valley Mall was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. The really safe area was good for overnight stay. The rooms were spotless with a king size bed and modern bathroom, for instance, and I had a nice stay overall.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

My kids wished the pool area was better maintained and more inviting for families. It could use some improvements.

Our queen room was new-fashioned with modern bathroom and a king size bed plus the showers as advertised. There where a microwave oven and a refrigerator, greatly enjoyed it. Particularly good location close to a shopping area was a plus.

Half amazing, half disappointing

I loved the clean and spacious room. Plus, the staff was friendly and quick to assist with my needs! Very appreciative of their helpfulness.

Though my experience started well, the persistent noise from surrounding guests was quite distracting late at night, affecting my rest noticeably.

Clean room, friendly staff, and great location near the mall. Bed was worn down on one side and the floors felt cold.

Clean rooms and friendly staff make it a decent option, though noise from nearby guests can be disruptive at night. The nice pine floors add charm, but the limited snack options and lack of breakfast were disappointing. A small treat was the homemade ice cream available nearby.

Room was decent but a bit outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. Carpet was pretty dirty, so I'm glad I brought my own slippers. There was some smoke smell even though we got a non-smoking room. On the brighter side, the price was reasonable, and there's a mall across the street. Staff were friendly enough, though the check-in process was a little rocky due to their system being down.
